What is the deconstruction process like?

The team will meet with you to discuss the scope, timeline, and diversion objectives of your project to ensure that every aspect is covered. Ouroboros has a network of certified appraisers who, with the Ouroboros team, will survey your project and provide you with an estimate for your tax credits. From there, the team will handle the deconstruction process in its entirety, working with you and your contractors to ensure your goals are met.

What happens during a deconstruction?

Simply, deconstruction can be envisioned as construction in reverse. Ouroboros takes as much pride and care for the materials coming out of a home as the initial trade did upon installation. Our detailed inventory ensures that once materials and fixtures are removed they can be sorted, sold, or recycled leaving you with a fresh start and clear conscience.

Will deconstructing slow down my timeline?

Due to the diligent nature with which we deconstruct your home, a standard deconstruction will take longer than traditional demolition, however, Ouroboros is able to work with your team to ensure that deconstruction does not delay your project timeline.
